Today I'm taking this image - St Bees Beach, and my Lily painting to Keswick for the Contemporary Open Art Exhibition. It's the first painting I've done on timber but i think there will be more to come as i love the quality the timber brings to an image. Especially when the grain of the wood is allowed to become part of the image.
The exhibition runs from Sat 20th December 2008 til Sun 18th January 2009.
